Do not hire this company!! We had them booked for my daughters 21st party Saturday 18th September in Brisbane. They called at 2pm to advise their attendant wasn't feeling well and due to covid, he wasn't allowed to work. They said they would try and find someone else to attend. After an hour I contacted them, got no response, tried 3 more times and still nothing back. No-one turned up that night, nor did they call to advise they couldn't get anyone or even apologise. I booked this on 1st February, paid in full and still haven't even received my money back. This ruined my daughters party. I want to know why the attendant didn't ring in sick at 9am like a normal person as then there might of been time to try and find another company. Don't use this company as they will let you down and not give a dam for doing so.
