I'm here to provide an organised and easy going set of hands for your big day - that someone who isn't on the guest list but that can pull together all of the hard work and take care of every last detail behind the scenes, from coordinating deliveries and other vendors, to tracking timelines and smoothing out any potential bumps in the road. I'll blend into the background while keeping a firm eye on each moment so you and your family and friends can focus on what's important on the day.
Also as a local, I've been able to gather lists of great suppliers in all things weddings and events and have worked Australia wide with many fabulous venues and companies, so if you need ideas or names of trusted suppliers, just let me know.

There's nothing more satisfying than planning your own Wedding and seeing your hard work pay off as vision becomes reality.
You need to make sure what you've organised is executed as planned, but you can't be a Bride or Groom, AND a Co-ordinator on your Wedding day! That's where I come in.
We'll meet 2 weeks prior to your Wedding Day, to go through YOUR vision and how you want the day to run. At this time I'll step in and take over the final preparations. I'll help you produce your event timeline for the day, reach out to all suppliers and you can now relax and enjoy all your hard work, not just on the day, but that whole 2 weeks leading up to your big day.
It also gives me time to review what you have planned and step in and make suggestions for any improvements or understand what may have been missed and rectify it before the day.
Then, it's over to me so you can do the one thing you've been working towards - being cool, calm and collected to enjoy what will be one of the most incredible days of your life!
Our services include:
We'll meet at the venue prior to your Wedding Day to walk through the venue and set up. We'll talk through the run sheet and finalise outstanding details.
I'll be the main point of contact for suppliers on the day to ensure set up is smooth and as scheduled.
Oversee Ceremony and Reception set up (this does not include setting up and packing up your ceremony and reception). We can do this with help of some of our trusted suppliers, but additional fees would apply)
Co-ordinate logistics of guests during arrivals and departures of both Ceremony and Reception.
Ensure the run sheet is executed in a timely manner ensuring celebrant, band, bridal party, MC, caterers and other service providers understand the timings.
We can be the main point of contact on the day for your guests should there be any last minute weather changes
We'll be the invisible set of hands in the background creating a smooth and well run event for you and your guests to enjoy.
We're happy to take on any of the tasks which need to be done but can cause stress for you to think about on your day (i.e., handing over your supplier payments, setting up decorations or props which don't fall under a specific supplier).
$780 package price includes meeting with Hello Jackie Events to help you build your event timeline and then take over the final 2 weeks planning for you. Enabling you to relax and soak up the final few weeks. At that stage we'll take over all communication with suppliers for the final 14 days. 6 hours event co-ordination on the day - flexible on exact timing.
Additional hours and services to be charged at $80 per hour.
Travel fee incurred for travel outside of 25km radius of CBD (to be discussed before confirmation)
I know that when you are organising a wedding you can get very caught up in all the Pinterest boards, the guest list, the honeymoon and sometimes the organisational part suddenly gets out of control. So that's why we offer our 4 Weeks to Go service.
This package is perfect for the couple who have been able to do a lot of the initial planning and organisation but would prefer to leave the logistics and execution to someone else and concentrate on all the things you want to enjoy in the lead up to your day. OR it's a rescue package for the couple who are now getting a little stressed as the date gets closer and so many of the loose ends are not yet finalised.
I will catch up with you one month before the wedding and get all the information from you in order for me to co-ordinate your wedding. From there, I'll get to work creating your wedding run sheet which includes your supplier details + time line run sheets, floor plans and anything else that needs finalising. One week before, all suppliers will be contacted and emailed a copy of the run sheet so everyone knows the planned schedule of events.
On the day, I'll be there before the festivities begin and stay until after you’ve cut the cake to ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
Hello Jackie is also the emergency contact on the day and will do anything required to ensure everything runs smoothly – including wet weather implementation.
This package also includes the same services as the On the Day Co-ordination but with the inclusion of 5 hours of planning and follow up.
Additional hours to be charged at $80 per hour.
*Travel fee also applies for weddings 25km outside of the CBD
Co-ordination of deliveries and set ups on the wedding day and ensure everything is set up as discussed. I can help place your wedding place cards, menus etc on the tables, if that's not being done by another supplier.
I'll be present for the wedding day right up until all formalities are completed - around the time you cut the cake...
I can also offer a range of other services (depending on what you need) some of these may include:- a run sheet for your MC; arrange a final meeting with you at the ceremony and reception venue to go through the final details and floor plans for your wedding day, Help arrange a ceremony rehearsal to guide you and your bridal party through the process.
